Take the Gettysburg Battlefield Tour – select a licensed Battlefield Guide on your coach, horseback tour, or Segway tour of the Battlefield. Meet General Lee at General Lee’s Headquarters Museum for a tour. Learn of the civilian side of the battle at the Shriver House.

York

Discover York’s rich history with a guided tour of the Murals in Downtown York. After viewing these 18 beautiful paintings, your group will have a tasty tour of Snyder’s of Hanover, the birthplace of the World’s Best Selling Sourdough Hard Pretzel. Continue on the Sweet and Salty Trail to Utz Quality Foods, the 2nd largest potato chip manufacturer in the county. Stop by Morningstar Marketplace where this Farm Market with 100+ vendors offer something for everyone.

Lancaster

Wake up and head to Farmland Fun at Verdant View were you will “Apprentice Yourself to a Farmer”. Next stop is at the Amish Farm and House; get a better understanding of the lifestyle of Lancaster’s Amish community. Have lunch at Bird-In-Hand Family Restaurant & Smorgasbord. Take a buggy ride through Amish Country. Sample free jams, butters, teas, dips, and much more at Intercourse Canning Company. Take a Farmland tour through the beautiful farmlands. After a busy day, you will have a nice relaxing dinner at Shady Maple Smorgasbord.

Harrisburg/Hershey

The Hershey Harrisburg region is best known to history buffs for their crucial role in the Civil War. The National Civil War Museum® captures the head of battle, allowing visitors to experience an unbiased view of the war that often divided families. Enjoy a bite to eat at one of the region’s celebrated restaurants, then head to Hershey’s Antique Auto Museum. Dedicated to portraying the history of the sweet rides of long ago, the museum features more than 85 antique automobiles. Step back in time to the 1950s with a stop at Hummelstown’s Soda Jerk Diner and Dairy Bar. The restaurant is also host to monthly “cruise-in” car shows, great for all you hotrod fans.
